Our partner Ana Cláudia Akie Utumi was one of the speakers at the webinar “Tax Policy and Corporate Restructuring”, where she lectured on Corporate Reorganizations, Substance and Business Purpose. The event was held by GEPT – Study Group on Tax Policy, and had Alberto Carbonar, Mitale Sampaio, and Gabriel Balbi Cerviño as mediators.
