Tomorrow (11/11), our partner Ana Cláudia Utumi will speak at the seminar “ICMS and ISS – Current relevant aspects and discussions within the administrative and judicial courts”, of the Brazilian Association of Tax Lawyers (ABAT).
She will speak in panel 3, at 2:30 pm, which will discuss tax substitution and the new approaches and effects of the decisions of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) and the Tax and Fee Court (TIT).
Eduardo Soares de Melo, judge of the TIT of São Paulo, will moderate the table, while lawyers Raul Astutti Delgado and Alexandre B. L. Fischer Dias will be debaters.
